In fact, we provide marketing services like photography, videography, aerial imaging, 3D modeling, and internet marketing services to top teams and agents around Big Bear and Southern California. Who better to market your home?

It’s Expensive

Marketing is expensive. Every agent has a set marketing budget based on the projected commission made on the sale (usually .5-1% out of the 2.5-3%). Professional standard listing photos take up a large part of that budget. If they really want your listing to outshine the competition, they will want a twilight shoot, an aerial shoot, and a video, which will cost even more. Keep in mind this is added on top of internet expenses, staffing, office space, and dispersing the media in the first place. We at The Hildebrandt Group don’t pay for that.

How does this help you?

Because we are able to create much of the marketing ourselves, our marketing budget is far less encumbered by media than any other agent. Other agents may just skip vital parts of the media marketing to save on marketing budget or to market in areas that may not even help your home sell. If they do create an entire media suite on your home, which many don’t, they may not have enough left over to market your home correctly. This is where we come in. We create the media essentially for free, and then have the budget left over to put to work to market your home better than anyone else on the mountain. Period.
