Chris grew up in Southern California his whole life, with the majority of his time being spent in Big Bear. Chris has a heart for guiding his clients to make the best possible decisions for the home buying or selling needs. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing in 2016. Chris runs a thriving real estate marketing company where he mixes his love for real estate with his photography and cinematography hobbies.
Tim Hildebrandt
Buyer and Listing Specialist
Tim was born in Pasadena and moved to Big Bear as an infant. At 14 Tim moved to Xiamen, China, where he earned his Mandarin Language Proficiency Degree level 9. He taught English for 10 years while mastering the language. Tim enjoys baseball, travel, and mulching his yard
Scott Hildebrandt
Inside Sales Agent
Scott is the inside sales agent for the team. Scott grew up in both Big Bear Lake and Xiamen China. Scott earned his Mandarin Language Proficiency Degree at the Xiamen Province University in 2015. Scott taught English all over China from 2011 to 2020, and continues his passion through online classes to this day.
